SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long will my order take for delivery?

All orders will take 3-8 business days to reach you once it is shipped.

How do I Track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We request you to enter your email id while placing the order to get all updates related to your order. 

What will happen if I miss my order/package delivery?

Do not worry! Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it returns to us. Any prepaid orders which are undelivered, will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost of ₹150 (to be borne by the customer). Undelivered COD orders will be reshipped only after full payment is done inclusive of shipping charges.

Which Logistics/Courier service do you ship through?

We have tied up with reputed logistics providers like Shiprocket, Delhivery etc.

What are your online modes of payment?

You can pay using any of our wide variety of payments modes like Debit card, Credit card, Net banking, UPI, GPay and Wallets that are supported on our website.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Service Available?

We offer COD shipping all over India with an additional cost of 100rs.

What to do if the money gets debited and order confirmation is not received?

Do not worry! Your money is safe. It would be either credited to us or back to you.

Please email us at purple.pitaraa@gmail.com with your transaction details along with your name and email id that was used while attempting to place the order.

We will respond to your query as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Is my product covered under return policy?

All the products except under clearance sale are covered under our Return Policy and are returnable.

You just need to email us within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

How to return the products?

You need to email us on purple.pitaraa@gmail.com within 48 hours of product delivery so we can process the return request.

Do, share the photos and tags of the product(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for return.

Our team will reply back to you as soon as possible.

In case of return, who will do the shipping of the products?

In all cases you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its proper condition with tags intact.
Only in special cases a pickup is arranged for the products with an additional upfront charge of ₹200/-. This cost may again vary as it depends on many factors and will be confirmed on email of your return request.

How will I get my refund?

We give refunds only in the form of Coupon Credit. The coupon value depends upon the value of your product returned.
We deduct ₹150/- shipping charges for all Cash on Delivery orders as we bear Cash handling charges for the same. In case of prepaid orders, there will be 5% deduction for payment gateway charges.

The coupon code can be used only once but has lifetime validity.

When will I get my refund?

We initiate refund once the returned product has reached us in their proper condition along with the tags.

You will be receiving your refund-coupon-code within 48 hours. 

How can I exchange 1 or multiple products from my order?

We consider all exchanges as returns itself and hence the same policy applies. You have to follow the same procedure for exchanges as well.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, no order cancellation requests are accepted.
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full if you choose to receive a refund-coupon-code against your order.
In case you choose for monetary refund for the same, then it will be issued to your original payment mode after 5% deduction for Payment Gateway charges.

How can I get refund in my back account?

 All refunds are in the form of refund-coupon-codes. Refund into bank account are available only in special cases like:

1. Customer cancels a prepaid order before it is shipped.

2. Customer receives a damaged/ defective product. 

Only in these cases, refund is processed into their original mode of payment after relevant deductions that is 5% of the transaction value as payment gateway charges.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Every product is packed with utmost care before shipping. But sometimes products may get damaged during transit. In case you receive a damaged product please reach out to us within 48hours of receiving the product and our team will guide you with the procedure.

How is the quality of your products?

We take immense pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. Each piece is crafted with care using premium materials and undergoes strict quality checks to ensure its durability.

What is the guarantee/warranty on your products?

Though these are high quality products, there's no guarantee/warranty you can claim. But please be sure that nothing will happen to the jewellery for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into its packaging after use.

Do you have a physical shop?

We are an online store only and sell only through our website www.purple-pitara.com. We do not have any branches, sub stores, agents or physical stores.
