SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

We ship to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time. 

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details (Tracking URL and AWB number) of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will inform you regarding the possible delays.

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

Please note: A 10 Digit Mobile Number is mandatory to receive a package delivery as an OTP based delivery is followed by our Logistics Partners. Failure to receive the OTP may lead non-delivery of the package which is totally beyond our control and this can incur additional charges if the package returns back to us. An additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer to reship the package.

We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery is available at an additional cost of 100rs.

MISSED DELIVERY
 
Our logistics partners will attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹150 shipping cost. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.
