RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
At Purple Pitara, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy ensures that any issues with your order are resolved promptly and fairly.
Eligibility for Return, Exchange, or Refund
Time Frame: You must initiate a return, exchange, or refund request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Eligible Items: Clearance sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or damaged during transit.

Return Process
Contact Us: Email us at purple.pitaraa@gmail.com, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product if it is damaged.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, you will have to pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged during transit or incorrectly sent.
Exchange: We consider the exchange same as return so follow the same procedure.
Refund Process
Refund Approval: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the form refund-coupon-code after deducting 5% as payment gateway charges. The refund-coupon-code can be used only once but has lifetime validity. Refund in the form of cash is applicable ONLY if the prepaid order is cancelled before shipping or the customer has received defective/damaged product, after applying necessary deductions.
Damaged product: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for damaged or defective products, without deducting the return shipping costs.
Shipping Errors
Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution: We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all associated shipping costs.
